Who we are. StarCargos was built by a small team of people who've lived through the 2 a.m. tape-gun panic of a move gone sideways — mislabeled boxes, a truck that filled up before the couch even made it in, a "fragile" pile nobody remembers packing. We turned that frustration into a self-contained freight and packing management system that puts the entire move in your hands, from the first box to the last mile.
Our mission. Relocation shouldn't be guesswork. Our mission is to replace last-minute scrambling with a clear, room-by-room roadmap — one that turns an overwhelming move into a sequence of small, manageable decisions you can actually see ahead of time.

StarCargos: Smart Moving ("StarCargos," "we," "our," or "the app") is designed around one simple principle: your move is your business. This policy explains, in plain terms, what that means in practice.
We collect nothing. StarCargos has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or location. Every box entry, room tag, weight figure, dimension, checklist item, and manifest you create stays exactly where you made it: on your device.
Because we don't collect any information, we have nothing to use, analyze, sell, or share. There is no behavioral tracking, no usage analytics, and no advertising profile built from your activity. Every feature — from volume estimation to timeline planning — runs entirely on-device, calculated locally each time you open the app.
All data you enter — box inventories, room assignments, packing phases, truck volume calculations — is stored locally on your device only. StarCargos has no cloud backend, no remote servers, and no mechanism to transmit your data anywhere. If your device never connects to the internet, the app works exactly the same.
StarCargos does not integrate third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, tracking pixels, or external SDKs of any kind. Nothing in this app phones home.
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no server-side database to breach and no account credentials to compromise. Your data's security is governed by the same protections you already use to secure your device.
StarCargos does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data collection occurs for any user, the app is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.
You are always in full control of your own data. Every box list, checklist, and manifest lives inside the app on your device — there are no cloud backups and no linked account to manage. Deleting the app permanently removes all associated data, with nothing retained on our end because nothing was ever sent to us.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or for legal clarity. Any update will be posted here with a revised Effective Date at the top of this page.
